RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Mae'd in style, all of our pottery pieces are handcrafted with care, which means each one is unique! Small variations in color, shape, or texture are totally normal and part of what makes handmade pottery so special. Because of the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of each item, all sales are final once your piece is completed—we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Very rarely, pottery may crack or break during the firing or shipping process. If that happens, we’ll do our best to make it right by offering a partial refund, store credit, or a remake. If your item arrives damaged in the mail, please reach out to us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging—we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
