CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
We know things come up, and we’re happy to work with you! To help us plan and prepare materials for your session, please review our cancellation policy below:
Weekday Bookings (Monday–Thursday)

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit or any pre-paid amount.

We’re happy to reschedule your booking once at no charge if you notify us in time.
Weekend Bookings (Friday–Sunday or Holiday Weekends)

Due to high demand, we require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule weekend bookings.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will result in a loss of your deposit.

We appreciate your understanding—weekends fill up quickly and involve more prep on our end!
No-shows (without any prior notice) are non-refundable.
If something unexpected comes up, just reach out—we’re human too, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution whenever possible!
HOSTING WEEKEND
We’re so excited to bring the pottery fun to you!
To make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s what we’ll need from you when setting up at your location:

A flat, accessible area — Studio is a 12 X 8 trailer, Please make sure the space is level, solid, and safe for setup.

Access to electricity and running water — Electricity is necessary for pottery studio, needs access to standard outlet. For best experience access to running water via outdoor water hose.

Permission to use the space — If you’re hosting at a park, event venue, or somewhere you don’t own, please make sure you’ve got the okay from the property owner.
